Each resort and park has it own car park.Parking is complimentary on the parks if you are staying onsite as a guest otherwise the daily charge is currently$14 for cars.
Parking at Downtown Disney is currently free.
If you pay the fee it stands for the day so if you decide to move to another park you wont incur another charge just be sure to hang on to your ticket.
DISNEYTOPIA TOP TIP- When you have done a few hours on the park there may be some dispute as to which lot you are parked in.To avoid a bad end to a good day take a picture of your parking lot when you park up for the day.
